  • The entire process typically takes 7 business days to DRAFT, unless a special request is made.

  • Once hired, a staff member will reach out within 2 business days to go over your submission, with you. Work will then be completed in 4 business days thereafter. The completed work will be emailed to the client for their review. A staff member will go over the completed work. If any changes are needed, such changes are to be completed within 1-2 business days.

  • Using the 501(c)(3) EZ means Faster processing time and less expensive; however, the organization’s budget will be capped or “limited” to $50,000, which can close doors for future grant opportunities. Examples of EZ applicants include: Youth League Organizations, Youth Services, Food Pantries/ Soup Kitchens, Arts & Culture.

    To qualify for the 501 (c)(3) EZ, you must meet the following criteria: (1) Only organizations with revenue and/or expense of less than $50K per year are eligible; (2) Not all types of organizations can qualify for the EZ application. Here are some organizations that do not qualify: churches, faith-based organizations, hospitals, schools, foundations, and housing providers.

    If the organization exceeds the $50,000 revenue (donation) or expense limit, within the first three years, it risks the possibility of being taxed on the excess amount or be responsible in paying fees to the government or trigger an audit event, which can result in higher expenses.

    If you plan or even hope to exceed $50,000 in donations in the next three years, then you may wish to consider the 501 (c)(3) standard process. It may save you headaches in the future.
