I'm here to help you navigate the tough stuff. I am a graduate of the University of Delaware and Howard University School of Law. As a former practicing attorney for 13+ years and a business consultant with over twenty years of experience, I am prepared to help you navigate contracts of all types. I believe in breaking down legal jargon and making sure you thoroughly understand the details of your contracts and the binding terms those contracts may or may not include.

While my expertise is contract consulting, I am also available to run the “process” for business owners who are trying to obtain SBA loans, Covid-19 funding, state grants, 8(a) Certification, Non-Profit Status, MBE/WBE Certification, etc.
